General Questions
1. Will I be charged extra tax now that U.S. law has changed in May 2025?
No worries! All our packages to the U.S. are shipped via a tax-prepaid (DDP) method. This means customs duties and import taxes are covered in advance, so you will not face any surprise fees upon delivery. For orders outside the U.S., please note that your local customs office may apply additional charges depending on your country’s import regulations.
2. What makes a good photo?
To help our artists capture the best likeness:

Ensure your photo has bright, even lighting (not too dark, not overexposed).

Avoid blurry, filtered, or heavily edited pictures.

Provide clear front-facing shots, and if possible, include side angles of the person or pet.

Higher-quality photos mean more accurate and detailed results.
3. Can I see a proof of how my product will look before ordering?
Because each bobblehead is a fully personalized work of art, we cannot provide previews before you place an order. However, after ordering, you will receive in-progress proof photos at specific stages of the sculpting and painting process. These proofs allow you to suggest reasonable adjustments, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.

Ordering & Payment
5. What is your change/cancellation policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products:

Within 12 hours of purchase: Free cancellation.

12–24 hours: Cancellation possible with a 10% fee.

After production (sculpting/modeling) begins: Cancellations are not accepted. In special cases, a 35% fee will apply to cover materials and labor costs.

After painting/finishing or once shipped: No cancellations.
If we sent the wrong item(s), you received broken goods, or the quality is poor/defective, please submit a support ticket with clear photos. We will offer a full/partial refund or exchange service in line with our Return Policy.
6. What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal.

All prices are listed in USD.

If you see prices in your local currency, this is for display only. Your bank will process the final payment in USD and may apply its own conversion rate.

Product Questions
8. Will my bobblehead look exactly like the photo?
Our bobbleheads are designed as a 3D stylized version of the subject. While our artists strive for a high resemblance, please note:

Bobbleheads have a slight cartoon effect, which makes them fun and unique gifts.

Exact 100% replication is not always possible, as photos may not capture all facial details.

Our experienced sculptors will do their best to reflect the key features and personality of the subject.
9. What is proofing? Can I request changes?
During the sculpting and painting process, we will send you in-progress preview photos (“proofs”).

You may request up to 1–2 rounds of small adjustments (facial details, expressions, minor refinements).

Please reply within 48 hours of receiving a proof to avoid delays.

Multiple or late requests will extend production time.
This proofing step is designed to ensure you are satisfied before the product is finalized.

Shipping & Delivery
11. How long does it take to receive my product?
The total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

Production time: Generally 5–10 business days (may extend during holidays or if multiple proofing revisions are requested).

Shipping time:

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days ($12.95, Free for orders $129+)

Fast Shipping: 3–6 business days ($25.95 for 0–1.2kg, $35 for 1.21–2.4kg, $45 for 2.41–3.6kg, etc.)

Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
12. Can I change the destination country on my order?

Before shipping: You may request an address change within the same country.

After shipping: We cannot change the delivery address.

Orders cannot be changed from domestic to international or vice versa after checkout.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We happily fulfill international orders. Production time remains the same, but shipping fees and customs duties may vary depending on the destination.

Your card issuer will convert USD into your local currency at its own rate.

Depending on your country, customs taxes may apply in addition to shipping costs.
