Refund & Return Policy

🖌️ Style, Size & Photo Changes

  • For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, once production has started (molding and shaping process), cancellations or changes are not allowed without a 35% restocking fee.

  • The restocking fee covers raw materials, labor, and handling.

  • Please ensure you provide the correct size, color, and photo when placing your order. Incorrect choices are not eligible for replacement.


📦 Address Changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please email us with:

    • Your order number

    • The current address

    • The new address

  • We can update the address only if the order has not left our facility.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive:

    • The wrong item(s), or

    • Broken/defective products

  • Please submit a support ticket and attach clear photos showing the issue.

  • We will provide a full or partial refund, or arrange an exchange service.


⏳ Return Window

  • Customers must contact us within 7–14 days of receiving their order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible.


🎨 Sculpting Process Disclaimer

  • Sculpting is an artistic process, not a science.

  • All sculpting is based on photos provided by the customer. Photo quality is crucial for resemblance.

  • Due to the subjectivity of art, some people may feel the likeness is stronger than others.

  • Subjective differences in likeness are not valid reasons for cancellation, refund, or exchange.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (excluding discounts on personalized items), except in the case of incorrect shipment.

  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing cycle.


🔄 Exchange & Return Conditions

  • Eligible for refund or exchange only if:

    • Wrong item was sent

    • Product was broken/damaged

    • Product is defective in quality

  • Not eligible for refund or exchange:

    • Misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance by the customer

    • Personal reasons (change of mind, personal taste, etc.)

    • Personalized items (unique, made-to-order) unless defective or damaged


🚫 Exclusions

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Orders canceled due to change of mind or personal taste

  • All personalized items are non-returnable, unless defective/damaged


🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Customers will be charged only once for shipping (including returns).

  • No additional restocking fees for approved returns.

  • Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after our warehouse receives the returned product.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to reflect on your bank statement.
