1. Will I be charged extra tax now that U.S. law has changed in May 2025?
No worries! All our packages to the U.S. are shipped via a tax-prepaid method. There will be no surprise fees at your door.
2. What makes a good photo?
Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details!
3. Can I see a proof of how my product will look?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a proof before ordering due to the highly personalized nature of our custom-made bobblehead products. Each product takes an extraordinary amount of time by skilled craftsmen. However, rest assured that if there are any issues, we’ll send you an email with a new image for your approval.
4. I have a different question.

Ordering and Payment
5. What is your change/cancellation policy?
If, at any time during the creation process (pre-shipping), you would like to cancel your order, we will immediately refund your payment. However, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price will apply, in order to prevent scams.
If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor or defective, please submit a support ticket. Attach clear photos of the items showing the quality issue, and we will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.
6. What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD, and your card will be charged in your respective currency.

Product Questions
8. Will my bobblehead look exactly like the photo?
Bobbleheads are also known as a 3D cartoonization. This means that the dolls will resemble the person in the photo but with a slight cartoon effect, which is typically added by the artist. This cartoon effect is what makes this product so popular as an amusing and unique gift. An exact replication of the person’s features is not always possible because photos sometimes fail to capture the true nature of someone’s face. However, our artists will create your figurine with a high degree of resemblance.
9. What is proofing?
We will send you in-progress preview photos of your bobblehead during the creation stages. You can suggest changes to our artists after you have viewed these proofs. This procedure ensures that you will be fully satisfied with the final outcome. However, late replies to our emails or multiple change requests will add additional sculpting time.

Shipping Questions
11. How long does it take to receive my product?
This depends on the sculpting time, in addition to the shipping method you select during checkout.
Fabrication Process Timelines:

Please note that during holidays, our production time may vary.
12. Can I change the destination country on my order?
After placing your order, you may not change your shipping from domestic to international and vice versa.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are happy to fulfill international orders! Our production time remains the same, but shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Depending on your home country, customs tax may be applied in addition to the shipping cost.
